Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We want every reader to be happy with their purchase. Here is exactly how returns, refunds and exchanges work.

Paperbacks

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery through the contact page with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or refund the full amount, your choice. For a change of mind, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the book is unused and undamaged; return shipping in that case is paid by the customer.

Ebooks

Because ebooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all ebook sales are final. If you were charged but did not receive access, contact us and we will fix it immediately or refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Cash on Delivery refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account you share with us.

Exchanges

Want a different book instead of a refund? We are happy to exchange for any title of equal value, or you can pay the difference for a higher priced title.

How to start a return

Use the contact page with your order number and the reason. We reply within 24 to 48 hours with the next steps.
